TeroAct aims to present a comprehensive biological activities network on terpenoids. Building upon our previous terpenoid research in the Terokit database, we integrated multiple data sources, including information on terpenoid, protein target, gene, cell line, disease, and their relationships. The website hopes to provide a reliable data source for users engaged in terpenoid bioactivity mining.

TeroAct also provides a terpenoid-disease association (TerDA) prediction model as an effective prioritization tool for screening potential disease associations, and facilitating follow-up studies such as drug repositioning and the prediction of new indications for terpenoids. Besides, the website provides visualizations of activity data for terpenoid compounds and protein targets in interactive chart formats. It also integrates various excellent compound-protein interaction (CPI) prediction models to assist users in their terpenoid research.
